They are looking for a Solution Architect to help their growth as they scale their  product across the board. This position will be responsible for putting in place best practice and setting the framework for growth and excellence.

They operate on a feature-driven model where you will build and lead multiple high-performing engineering teams across Development, DevOps and QA capabilities. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will be a strategic, innovative and pragmatic leader with strong problem-solving abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable practices and develop, hire and enable A++ engineering leaders
• Lead technology, delivery, innovation, and business impact of multiple engineering teams
• Work closely with Product Management and Customer Experience
• Inspire teams through providing support, context and communication of company's vision 
• Develop and steer a strategic long-term technology roadmap
