• - Responsibility for the overall integrity and coherence of the program within a maturing Program/Portfolio environment that utilises frameworks such as PRINCE2, MSP and MoP
• - Develop, plan, design and maintain the program and proactively monitor its progress
• - Manage the program budget, monitor expenditure and cost against delivered and realised benefits
• - Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements
• - Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects
• - Manage risks to the program’s successful outcome
• - Resolve issues and initiate corrective actions
• - Manage communications with all stakeholders

• - Previous experience in a Program Management position
  • o Program Management certification such as MSP Practitioner or PgMP, or equivalent experience
• - 5+ years in a Program Management position
  • o Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP, or equivalent experience
• - Strong communication skills, particularly with executive staff and stakeholders
• - Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• - Strong leadership and management skills
• - Experience delivering Information & Communication Technologies within an enterprise scale environment
• - Private and public sector experience
