My client is an Australian household manufacturer providing appliances to the global market.

Description

In the role of Security Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and investigating all security-related incidents as well as ensuring that all devices are updated at all times with the latest patches and virus definitions. You will ensure that all security risks are assessed, logged, analysed and mitigated in a timely manner. You will also conduct security training for employees and research the security solution to the business needs.

Profile
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in an IT security operations role
  • ITIL certification 
  • IT Security certifications
  • Demonstrated ability to work with external vendors and successfully implementing security related projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in a broad spectrum of technology areas (e.g. ICT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, virtualisation, cloud computing, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, work unsupervised, and help users and IT staff to achieve their goals
