The Role
This role is an integral part of the business as you will be working closely with both end-users and a team developer to assist with integrating enhancements, change request and analysing issues and coming up with a viable solution in a cost-effective manner.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Act as an advisor to determine the best approaches and methods for solutions implementation
- Provide analysis, write and review scopes of work
- Liaising between client and developers to ensure customer satisfaction is met and work is on budget and time
- Ensuring quality of solutions and enhancements before they go live
- Implement solutions for clients and ensure proper function and operation
- Follow the company processes and standards in terms of development.
- Suggest improvements to methods and processes, promote the exchange of ideas and knowledge transfer within the team
- Control timeliness of implementation and prevent scope creep
- Provide quotations and relevant documentation for solution
- Be a subject matter expert within Business Enterprise Software
What is required to be successful:
- College degree in Computer Science, Web Development or equivalent
- Strong coding experience with VB.Net, TSQL, C#
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolutions skills
- Time management and attention to detail
- Previous experience in Development and Business Analysis
- Software and specifically ERP commercial experience
