About the role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, as the Inbound & Stock Control Coordinator you will be accountable for the Inbound and stock control of the Kingsgrove warehouse facility. This includes:
- Supporting a culture of “safety and health above all else”
- Ensuring the Timely put away of materials, ensuring they are accurately labelled and the correct bin is located
- Performing stock takes and cycle count tasks in accordance with current procedures and work instructions
- Developing and implementing strategies to effectively monitor and manage non-conforming items in a quarantined area
- Delivering service against a set of defined SLA’s & KPI’s to customer projects.
About you
Your intermediate to advanced use of MS Excel and High degree of accuracy in typing, spelling and grammar is imperative in this role as is experience in a warehousing environment.
Your strengths in building relationships, prioritising and organising your schedule in a fast paced, high volume environment will lead to your success on the project. You will be able to demonstrate:
- Awareness of Health and Safety above all else
- Minimum of 2 years in similar admin position
- Good communication skills
- Strong numeracy and written skills
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility
- Proficient use of computer based stock management systems (JDE experience, highly desirable)
