Our client is large, well-known organisation in their respective domain and they are currently looking for a Printer Support Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible for L1 support around Printer issues across the country. You will also be setting up new devices, updating drivers and ensuring devices working on the network.
Most of the work will be phone and email based. There will be some face-to-face support as well for the printers on site in Melbourne.
Our client is offering a 12 months' contract and are aiming to have someone starting at the end of July.
Requirements:
- Multiple years experience as an all-round IT Support Analyst
- Experience with purely supporting printers is desirable
- Basic Networking knowledge
- Experience working in Financial Services, Insurance or Banking industry is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work from 11am to 7pm and available to work on Victorian public holidays
