Software vendor requires Instructional Writer to perform a varied role in a busy and vibrant ERP software vendor to start in July 2018

This organisation is a true global market leader, with over 100,000 users, they define best practice in their field.

You will be responsible for;

• Working with the internal software development teams, product managers, product marketing, training & support to identify documentation needs.
• Develop documentation plans and produce clear, effective content - across software knowledge management, online training & process mapping.
• Help produce and edit video eLearning modules
• Keep current on technical publications and instructional design standards and trends.

The ideal person will have 3+ years within the instructional development field including technical writing, elearning & process mapping.  You will have a solid understanding of complex ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel, etc and ideally have had exposure to the Media & Advertising arena.

This is a year fixed term contract, however, it may extend. Based in Melbourne CBD, it will be paying $100,000 / year.
