You will need ... 

• A minimum of 10 years solid business analysis experience 
• Business Process Analysis using BPMN 2.0 
• Stakeholder management 
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills 
• Extensive process and data modelling skills 
• Excellent interviewing, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills 
• Clear understanding of project management and system development methodologies such as Agile. 

You be required to ...

• Collaborate with business representatives to document understand their business needs 
• Understand the existing and potential new solution to assist the business with the change impacts 
• Manage requirements including documentation, prioritisation and traceability 
• Conduct and develop Cost Benefits 
• Develop and maintain future state processes and use cases and document business rules 
• Develop Data Migration specifications. 
• Develop user procedures/work instructions 
• Discharge responsibilities of the position with reference to employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour 
• Ensure that the information of Queensland Health is managed in accordance with Departmental Information Security Policy and Standards; in order to ensure its confidentiality, availability and integrity 

Evaluation criteria ...

• Demonstrated well-developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills including experience facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholder groups (Clinical, Administrative, Vendor, Program etc.) and documenting outcomes. 
• Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst in a complex environment with numerous organisational entities and stakeholders and the proven ability in gaining the confidence of business stakeholders whilst building productive working relationships with technical teams and vendors 
• Demonstrated experience working under tight timeframes, undertaking business analysis activities, developing deliverables, producing process maps and other process collateral using BPMN 2.0 
• Demonstrate your practical understanding of the Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies. 
• Cost effectiveness and value for money 

While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded
