Anglican Diocesan Services (ADS) is the principal provider of corporate services to the Anglican Diocese of Canberra & Goulburn, encompassing the Property Trust, Parishes, Anglican Investment Development Fund, Synergy Youth, Anglicare Campsites and Anglicare NSW South, NSW West & ACT.
ADS is looking for the right person to fill the role Level 2 Systems Support Technician. The successful applicant will be one of a team of motivated IT specialists providing a broad range of services to its clients. This role is based in Wagga NSW, the successful applicant will have a current driver's licence as travel to other offices in the Riverina region and beyond will be required from time to time.
This role provides essential technical assistance and support to internal and external ADS clients including support to The Riverina Anglican College as well as Anglicare NSW South, NSW West & ACT.
You will have tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience as in an IT Desktop support role. Two years experience designing SOE environments and knowledge of networking technologies is considered essential. It would be advantageous to possess knowledge of ITIL or have experience working in an ITIL environment.
Employment is contingent upon a national criminal history clearance and a Working With Children clearance through the Office of the Children's Guardian
