Talent International is working in partnership with a major Australian organisation to assist in sourcing a Technical Specialist on contract based in Sydney CBD.

The business is working to introduce Office 2016 and move systems from the current data centres to a cloud based operating model. The Program now requires a specialist with experience rolling out Office 2016 where there is a mix of collaboration solutions.
 
Key duties and accountabilities will be across:
  • Troubleshoot MS Office 2016 ProPlus related issues
  • Remediate and document issues and findings
  • Create knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level support
  • Cross-skill other team members where required
  • Working with Ausgrid Business Analyst to gather requirements from diverse business platforms and then standardising on global settings for the Microsoft Office applications
  • Work with other teams and come up with packaging and deployment solutions
  • Provide L2/L3 support during the project.

In order to be considered we are seeking applicants who meet the following essential criteria:
  • Experience with Office 2016 ProPlus rollout in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with OneDrive for Business and migration of data to OneDrive
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Windows 7, 10 & MS Office ProPlus
  • Expert knowledge of configuration options and automation for the Office 2016 ProPlus Deployment
Desirable
  • Understanding of Office 2016 services including Teams, Delve, Sway and PowerBI
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow and Change Management
  • Experience working in an outsourced IT environment
  • Experience with scripting (Powershell) would be an advantage
