Our client is a very well known and well respected global IT Consultancy firm. They are currently looking for a strong IT Support Technician with at least 5 years Windows experience.

To be considered you will need:

- Strong exposure to Windows Desktop and Laptop support
- Experience of application deployment through SCCM
- Good overall understanding of Windows Standard Operating Environments
- Exposure to Windows 10 upgrades
- Office 2010/2013/2016/365 Troubleshooting and Licensing experience
- Outlook 2016 Configuration and Support experience
- General Printer understanding and experience
- Basic Network and VoIP cabling understanding
- General understanding of Antivirus software management
