A large Government Department require  a Project Manager to lead and manage the planning and delivery of critical, highly complex and/or large projects.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Lead and manage the delivery of data visualisation development and/or other infrastructure projects in a timely and controlled manner
• Lead and manage a small agile development team, working closely with Business and Product Owner to capture and articulate requirements and to prioritise Product Backlog Items
• Manage relationships and communications with key project stakeholders
• Ensure SCRUM development methodology are followed where appropriate and/or able to act as a SCRUM Master as required
• Manage and control project scopes, quality, schedule, budget, risks and issues
• Provide regular project progress updates across all levels of the organisation 

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology and understanding of Agile development techniques, tools and processes
• Ability to work independently, excellent personal organisation and able to demonstrate consistently balanced good judgement and logical thought prioritisation
• Strong interpersonal skills including facilitation of working groups, project meetings, workshops, ability to lead and influence others
• Demonstrated understanding of all phases of software development projects including analysis, systems design, development and testing approaches
• Experience with User Experience (UX) development
• Experience with continuous integration and automated front-end testing tools
