Who's it with:

The company is a global consultancy with a  massive presence in the Sitecore space. They have several iconic global and Australian clients and have expanded their team substantially so far this year. They are currently looking to bring on board one more Sitecore Team Lead/ Tech Lead who will be responsible for a team of 10-12.

What you’ll be doing:

Working in a tech savvy .Net | Sitecore team on a MASSIVE project. You'll get the chance to work with Sitecore 9and also lead a team of 10 highly experienced Sitecore professionals.



The Role

• Develop and enhance new and existing applications that utilise industry best practices, company standards and leverage latest technologies
• Lead and mentor the team
• Develop efficient and reusable software
• Participate in design and code reviews 

The right candidate:

• Have an extensive track record in delivering amazing work
• Know how to architect high-quality, beautiful, maintainable solutions
• Love digital and have a passion for the bleeding edge
• Be unnervingly intelligent and maybe have a degree or two
• Previous experience in leadership roles

Your Skills:

• Possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience with .Net and MVC
• At least 4 + years of experience with Sitecore or similar enterprise CMS
• Excellent verbal communication skills & the ability to liaise with team members, stakeholders and senior management
• An understanding of multiple technologies and platforms, both front and backend. A reasonable understanding of at least one client framework (eg. Angular 1/2, ReactJS), and TypeScript would be bonus
• Experience with Azure will be a bonus
