• Playing a lead role in software design, architecture, requirements analysis, investigation of new technologies, and software development.
• Collaborating with the core development team and the technical director to define and estimate business requirements and then translate these into specific software tasks.
• Collaborate as a member of an agile team to get products developed and completed with best in class software development.

• 5+ years’ experience writing clean code in consumer-facing web applications.
• 5+ years’ experience of development of web applications using Drupal 7.
• Experience of creating your own Drupal modules.
• Experience updating Drupal CORE and contributions to Drupal modules a plus.
• Experience using GIT Workflow and work with Acquia
• Experience with API Integration.
• Experience with secured applications development.
• Experience architecting web solutions.

• Possess a basic understanding of agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work effectively with teams.
• Strong Analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, Memcached is a plus.
