This is a long-term contract with one of the biggest Departments in Federal Government with a strong pipeline of work.

Also, this is a ADELAIDE-based opportunity. You need to be able to work freely in Adelaide. We cannot consider people that need to work from home or remotely.

The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for working as a leading member of a team responsible for developing software, integrating Off the Shelf (OTS) software, documenting technical processes and assisting with testing and deployment.

The role will need a high level of software development skills and a proven ability to show initiative and work with relative autonomy as a leader in an integrated team of technical/non-technical personnel using broad understanding of the business needs. 

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Experience developing Enterprise Java Applications
• Java SE 1.6+
• Experience using JSF
• Experience using Jquery/ Javascript
• Experience using HTML/Bootstrap/CSS
• OO Development Concept
• Continuous Integration tools
