Our client is a leading national organization and is seeking an innovative and experienced IS Experience Centre Assistant Manager to join dynamic team.
Key for this role is identifying and responding to opportunities for providing new or improved IS experiences. Leadership role.

You will have proven experience in:-
- Leading a customer service focused team of individuals with differing levels of technical & functional skills across varying technology and subjects, in responding to, resolving and fulfilling incidents and requests for service through multiple contact channels
- Monitoring and assessing the SLA’s to the business through incident data analysis, internal feedback channels etc.
- Implementing remediation actions if service levels are not delivered
- Process & procedure documentation & improvement
- Managing all Critical Incidents
You will come from an IT environment where you have:-
- Lead a Customer focused Experience Centre Team (5+ years)
- In depth understanding of IS Service & Support methodologies
- Excellent technical skills in OSX, Windows 7, Windows 8, Group Policy, Active Directory,
- Experience in supporting POS and related retail software
