Overall Purpose of the Job
The Senior Program Analyst is responsible for the efficient operations of the support and administration activities for a large Infrastructure Program.

This role will provide support to the program in the following areas:

• Deliverable Management
• Program & Stream Reporting
• Schedule Management
• Risk Management
• Issue Management
• Document Management
• PMO Process and Tools Support

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the PMO Lead in the following areas:
• Provisioning and operating PMO services in accordance to the standards, procedures, methods, tools, templates and techniques
• Supporting PMO functions including governance and reporting, risks, issues, decisions and dependencies processes and registers (including monitoring, reporting and escalating as required)
• Liaising with internal staff, vendors and others to arrange necessary support for the program
• This role holds key relationships across all Project staff
• Use of the Microsoft Project, Office suite, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Understanding of project organisational structure, teams and project role
• Able to prepare and contribute to program status reports
• Experience using the processes, practices and standards within a PMO
• Strong reporting capabilities
• Minimum 4 years’ experience on a portfolio, program management offic
• Skilled use of the Microsoft Project, Office suite, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Able to prepare and contribute to program status reports
• Experience using the processes, practices and standards within a PMO.
