About the Job
With over 1200+ staff nationally, you will join the 100+ strong National Managed Services team. The ServiceNow Administrator role is unique and dynamic role where you work across the entire Managed Services group ensuring ServiceNow ITSM tools are operating at their optimal performance. With over 100+ managed services clients nationally through ServiceNow managing incident tickets, escalations and workflows. It is therefore crucial that the ServiceNow platform is operating high availability, streamlined integration and configured to meet business and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure the ServiceNow tool including workflows and custom script development.
- Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate routine tasks.
- Create Requirements Definitions and Technical Specifications Documentation as required.
- Research, plan and deploy new releases and/or enhancements into the ServiceNow environment as required.
- Work with Management to align ServiceNow roadmap with overall Company strategy.
- Contribute to researching, planning, coordinating & implementing solutions.
- Direct and consult with other team members throughout implementation, striving for consistency and design best practices.
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience administering and extensive use of ServiceNow
- Solid scripting skills including JavaScript and HTML.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow or various applications within ServiceNow. Experience within an IT Service Delivery environment such as Managed Services
- System Integrator. Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory
- Previous experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server preferred.
