12 fixed term contract for a Business Analyst to manage and implement improvements to CRM, BI and ERP systems.

Your new role
In this exciting, newly created position, you’ll be responsible for identifying, managing and implementing improvements to Salesforce and other business critical CRM and BI systems. Developing a deep understanding of the company and its goals, you’ll capture business requirements, map, design and improve IT processes, integrate changes to the CRM for optimal sales effectiveness and implement improvements to BI tools and ERP system. You will have an opportunity to work with stakeholders at all levels across the company, engage with external technology partners and develop, coach and mentor fellow colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
- Well-developed business analysis skills
- Have the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- High level of stakeholder engagement
- Have a working knowledge of CRM, ideally Salesforce
- Prior experience with ERP and Business Intelligence platforms will be favourable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical capability (the ability to extract business requirements, look for business process simplification and challenge the status quo)
- High attention to detail with the focus on seeking effective business and customer outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of IT Systems and administration
- Courageous, empathetic and passionate
