Our company (Talman) delivers software solutions to all sectors of the Wool Industry.
We are seeking someone with prior knowledge of the Wool Industry who would like to learn the Talman software and support the clients.
You need to be thoroughly familiar with the Microsoft Windows desktop environment, and be able to quickly learn new applications at a functional and technical level.
Your job will be to liaise with the clients on more complex issues of the software.
Using initiative you will develop a solid understanding of the Talman software both through your own knowledge of wool and from other senior staff.
Effective communication by phone and email with good organisational skills are essential.
