ComActivity is a successful and growing retail technology solutions provider who delivers localized technical support and services for Cegid retail technology products in Australia. We are seeking a retail technology consultant with extensive experience in the Cegid Retail technology solution.
In this role you will:
- Deliver successful consulting services and project management, aiming at the superb implementation of customer projects in Australia
- Architect comprehensive retail technology solutions for fashion industry retail activities including POS, back and front offices
- Engage in an active role building Cegid solutions' know-how
- Ensure effective support for customers and staff to maximize their use of Cegid’s solution products to their satisfaction
- Develop and delivering Cegid Y2 training to customers
Experience and expertise
- 5+ years’ experience with the Cegid Retail technology solution
- 5+ years’ experience business and technology consulting in retail industry
- Related Bachelor degree or higher
- Proven hands-on experience and knowledge of the retail fashion industry
