SAP RE-FX Consultant

About the role:

Roles and responsibilities:
• Analyse and act independently on request or Incidents raised by the client for their ERP application and resolve it in accordance with the applicable Service Levels and with quality
• Undertake analysis work to identify root cause with ability to discuss and brainstorm with other team members and stakeholders and escalating findings to the right stakeholders. To be responsible to assist in reducing re-occurring issues/Incidents.
• Leading the collection of business requirements, analysis work and proposal for end to end solution when necessary to support client’s initiative to simplify and standardise processes
• Able to take on a Team Lead role when required and guide the team on a day-to-day basis
• Able to monitor workload of team and where needed make necessary decisions to ensure quality and on-time delivery for the client.
• Take on role as Process Expert in the team and coaching/guiding other team members (within team and across other AMS teams). Where necessary, to conduct training to assist in speeding up knowledge transition for team members.
• Able to lead and prepare all necessary reporting for Service Level Governance and Statuses
• Drive and embed any Continuous Improvement initiatives on top of existing workload to further improve current processes within the organisation
• Fully comply with and adhere to all the standard AMS process & procedures that are developed.

• Expert knowledge of SAP RE-FX with 5+ years in consulting and application support roles
• Rich understanding in RE-FX integration with wider SAP modules
• ITIL qualified
• Knowledge of ITIL tools
• Experienced ‘RunSAP’ skills
• Strong adherence to Governance Frameworks
• Experience in Real Estate industry
• Legally able to work in the country in which the position is based
• Experience with SAP application support in a large-scale and diverse environment for incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
• Technical analysis of functional requirements, and prepare technical specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to support and mentor junior staff
• Excellent client facing and customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to demonstrate flexibility including shift and out of hours working
• Excellent organisational skills
• Able to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently

The minimum salary requirement for this role is AU $ 80,000 including 9.5% superannuation
