We currently have an excellent opportunity for Test Managers with one of our Blue Chip Clients.

We are looking for a Candidate with the below skills.

• At least 15+ years of experience in Test Management;
• Experience in managing Testing vendors on a large program;
• Insurance / Financial Services domain experience is required;
• Experience with CTP/ Workers Compensation domain is preferable;
• Oversee End to End Test management of the Program.

Test Manager- Skill  & responsibilities

At least 12+ years of experience in Test Management

• Manage third-party testing vendors and communicating regularly with leadership and creating test strategies, test plans for complex projects as required to ensure efficient, accurate and thorough testing of business applications and system development.
• Co-ordinate with all stakeholders to identify the testing needed to ensure delivery test plans are complete.
• Continuously monitor effectiveness and efficiency in testing.
• Oversee the execution and implementation of test strategy and plans.
• Identify areas of improvement within the program and establish a continuous improvement process.
• Support the day-to-day management of testing lifecycle on all work streams.  Ensure effective test management processes and tools are present.
• Support the project team in leveraging testing tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness (Test Management, Defect Management, and Test Automation).
• Generate and communicate test status reports (or validate the reports produced by the vendor (EY) and provide guidance).
• Effective on-going communication with project manager and key project stakeholders.
• Actively participate in resolving issues/roadblocks to executing testing projects.
• Managing relationships with vendors, coordinating with Information Technology (IT) and internal teams and facilitating communication and collaboration to cultivate support for third-party testing operations
• Guide compliance of outsourced testing processes by conducting regular audits within area of responsibility, overseeing adherence to established methods and procedures, communicating organizational policies and best practices, identifying risks and escalating issues as required to limit exposure and ensure services are delivered in accordance with pre-decided terms
• Ensure vendor achievement of Service Level agreements by reviewing and documenting testing results, measuring performance against established metrics and evaluating third-party operations for quality and adherence to agreed schedule and budget requirements to align delivered Services with business needs and key stakeholder expectations
• Ensuring that Program to BAU transition is smooth

 UAT Test Manager  Skill & responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in UAT Test Management or a minimum of 5-years UAT- management and Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience as UAT Test Manager, a business focused IT professional preferably from Financial Services Background
• Previous experience in an Financial services(preferably Insurance domain) testing in UAT manager role.
• Experience with CTP/ Workers Compensation domain is preferable;
• Must be able to formulate an effective, practical but robust UAT Strategy in light of a highly complex financial services environment, where multiple legacy systems and multiple vendor platforms are involved, and numerous constraints impact on and apply to the UAT phase
• Comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies, standard test deliverables and their role within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experienced in analyzing and translating business requirements, functional specifications and technical specifications into business-testing requirements.
• Testing Environment Knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience of full lifecycle end to end design, development, testing and implementation experience
• Strong inter-personal skills as a manager - the role requires interaction with a very large number of stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder and vendor management skills are absolutely essential
• To initiate, influence others and act on the outcome of quality reviews where appropriate.
• Strong team management skills, capable of managing –from small to large size teams, including testing, BA's and a wide group of business end users.
• Experience in designing and implementing UAT best practices.
• Previous experience managing UAT project deliverables,
• Ability to assess risks from a business perspective and identifying and recording specific risks and communicating to the appropriate project stakeholders and also the business management team.
• Broad based knowledge - both in the Business and Technical areas to be able to advise and influence clients and colleagues in strategic direction and consult on issues.
• Experience with testing tools
