We currently have an opening for a Scrum Master to work on complex projects that are delivering solutions which will be used by millions of people every day. In this role, you can expect to work closely with External Stakeholders, Support Staff and Domain Representatives, and use the latest industry standards and techniques to build robust, secure and innovative client solutions.

Your job duties will be to:

• Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with team members, vendors and clients to produce high-end digital transformation solutions
• Mentor/coach teams in implementation of agile ways of working
• Communicate clearly and simply with your team and colleagues
• Run daily and weekly meetings with teams and interested stakeholders
• Contribute to pre-sales and business development activities
• Ensure team adheres to Scrum methodologies

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience delivering complex digital projects through Scrum methodology
• Proven experience establishing work practices and processes
• Proven experience identifying opportunities to improve team performance
• Experience delivering projects in a consultancy environment
• Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams and vendors
• Exceptional client interaction, commercial and relationship management skills
• Agile qualification or extensive experience
• Highly developed client engagement skills at an executive level
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• An proven ability to effectively work across multiple projects and teams
