Due to the increasing number of upcoming projects, we are currently seeking the expertise of a highly-skilled Project Coordinator to join our Service Integration team in Canberra on a permanent basis.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate project activities as assigned

• Completion of tasks in a timely manner

• Complete project administration tasks as required for each project, including tracking and reporting on risks and progress against budget

• Manage day to day issues and escalate risks associated with assigned transition projects to Project Manager

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Practise Lead on supporting the process around time recording and invoicing

• Build relationships and communications with clients, internal team and vendor

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in managing tasks or working in a structured project environment

• Demonstrated working knowledge of the principles and techniques of project management

• Working knowledge of either/or ITIL, Prince2, PMBOK or related Project

• Experience in dealing with personnel, customer and supplier issues

• Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers at all organisational levels

• Relevant experience in coordinating IT projects (infrastructure or software development)
