Continuing growth means that we now want to make an additional appointment to our highly regarded Help Desk team.

About the role…

As PULSE Help Desk administrator your role is to provide first level support for PULSE application software to our customers. Training in the use of PULSE application software will be provided to the successful applicant.

Responsibilities….

  • Provide First Level Help Desk services to our customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Administration of the Help Desk system, prioritising, assigning, and following up all issues.
  • Experience with Zendesk would be an advantage.
  • Provide clear and concise written resolutions to all customer service requests.
  • Ensure that Help Desk SLA and KPI targets are achieved.
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of all Help Desk service requests.
  • Development of knowledge base information to enable quick identification and resolution of common issues.
  • Maintain and update existing user documentation, and development of new user documentation for PULSE application software.
  • Experience with Adobe RoboHelp would be an advantage.

You will have….

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to support our customers.
  • Comprehensive Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
  • The ability to think methodically and clearly.
  • The ability to communicate and liaise effectively at all levels, i.e., with customers, and with members of our internal technical team.
  • Previous Help Desk experience with business application software would be an advantage. 
  • Permanent Australian resident status and live in Adelaide.
