About the Opportunity
Great opportunity for Functional Master Data Analysts to join our team as we embark on the journey of implementing SAP S/4 across our businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Master Data Integration Lead you will support the Asahi Business stream leads within one of the following areas; Order to Cash (O2C), Source to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Forecast to Manufacture (F2M), Warehouse to Despatch (W2D) across all aspects of master data.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong grounding in data administration best practice as well as the migration of data structures and processes to assist in the design, build and deployment of SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- The end to end process of creation and maintenance of all master data
- Complete data migration and set up of new ERP system SAP S/4
- Support data cleansing, de-duplication and data enrichment
- Overlooking one or more of the listed work streams (O2C, P2P, R2R, F2M, W2D)
- Drive data quality and alignment to Asahi data standards
- Assist in the definition of testing scenarios, develop and execute test scripts, and defect resolution activities
- Provide business support during implementation hyper care and handover / maintenance with business as usual (BAU)
About You
- Degree educated in IT, Finance or Business-related subject
- Data management in either a BAU or Project environment
- Prior experience with SAP master data structures and tables
- Solid background across the entire data lifecycle
- Ability to extract and analyse business data
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well in a complex environment
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience using data analysis tools preferable (SAP MDG or SAP InfoSteward)
- Familiarity with data quality tools, SAP S/4, ECC 6.0 and Dynamics data structures will be advantageous
