Essential skills:
- 5 years minimum .NET & C# development
- .NET & C# applications (maintaining forms, adjusting grid & list view layouts)
- Windows form development (working on custom built forms)
- UI experience
- Mid-senior level experience in the market - not too senior!!
Nice to have:
- Database experience with Microsoft SQL database
- Experience working with android & iOS applications
Personal skills:
- High enthusiasm levels, younger person perhaps
- Type of person that can work autonomously and not need a lot of support for the role
- Having built the applications or worked on projects from scratch
Day to day:
- IT team consists of 9 people mostly infrastructure with a few application people
- Only 1 person heavily in the tech space & heavily development driven
- Would be working on their own
