Our Australia & New Zealand business is currently looking for a talented Project Manager and a Solutions Architect to join the Service Delivery team based in their North Sydney office.
The Project Manager’s role is to plan and drive the execution of enterprise level system installations of the Verint suite of products, and manage integration efforts by providing leadership, motivation and support to the project team.
The Project Manager will manage all processes related to implementation, identify, categorise and mitigate risks and manage the relationship with the customer and all relevant stakeholders. The overall aim of the project manager is to ensure delivery of the project deliverables to the customers’ requirements. To ensure that expectations are met and managed effectively. The role also requires the Project Manager to support with sales cycle activities such as drafting and reviewing Statement of Works, Professional Services scoping; and providing supporting to Account and bid teams.
The Solutions Architect’s role is to help the sales cycle by providing the best solution that meets customer needs and exceeds his expectation.Helping the sales team to articulate the value of Verint’s product and services being considered, paint the overall image of the solution and dive into the details as required. Defining solutions that meet the prospects’ business’ needs, and address any technical requirements and challenges.Thorough understanding & previous experience of enterprise solution architecture is essential.
We’re looking for suitable candidates with relevant qualifications and below skills & experience:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in technology and/or business or equivalent
- Demonstrated minimum 5 years’ experience in leading enterprise scale software deployment, particularly in telecommunication and large contact centre environment
- Strong knowledge of Verint WFO product suite is essential
- Ability to effectively present technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Effective communication (verbal + written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations and deal with people at all levels with good listening skills.
- Proven ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and time frames.
- Experience working with customer and partner project, data and infrastructure systems
- Commercially driven
- Contact Center technology, PBX, ACD, IVR, CRM
Depending on the candidates' skills and experience, the salary range for the roles is around $90,000 - 110,000.
