Year on year they have continued to expand with Australia being one of their biggest success stories globally.  Due to growth, they are now looking for an experience Implementation Consultant to join the Brisbane team.
 
Roles & Responsibility

• Understand the customer's business processes, identify requirements and provide effective cost-saving and efficient solutions
• Engage with various stakeholders across the business
• Provide training and support to Customers during implementation phase until project completion
• Implement projects on scope, time and budget, and provide / update project deliverables
• Write / update documentation, including user guides and functional specification documents as may be required during the project

 
Skills Required

• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, internal and external
• Previous experience in the healthcare software space essential
