About the role
This is a permanent full time telephone based role located in Marrickville where you will assist customers with any Red Telecom phone systems issues or queries while delivering the highest level of Customer Service.
Daily responsibilities:
- Attending to regular phone queries and manage correspondence from customers
- Providing support for our customers services including PSTN, ISDN, SIP, ADSL, Ethernet, NBN and mobile
- Management of Customer service Tickets and faults
- Delegated ad-hoc tasks
The successful applicant will preferably have skills in:
- Prior experience troubleshooting in the telecommunications industry specifically knowledge in PSTN, ISDN, SIP, ADSL, Ethernet, NBN and mobile
- Prior customer service experience
- Experience in using a fault ticket system
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Strong organisational competency and a high attention to detail
- Proven track record working in a team environment
- A proactive work ethic and can work without supervision
