This role requires you to not only execute your portfolio of work, but also lead, guide and mentor other team members. The role will also involve interacting with a number of stakeholders to introduce innovative technologies, define use cases, get funding, design/run and be accountable for innovation projects.
Your team, which reports into the office of the CIO, will focus its body of work around:
- Driving the continued digitisation of the client
- Instilling a culture of innovation and customer service
- Improving overall business engagement and project delivery
- Leading productivity in operations and delivery functions
Essential requirements for this role:
- Strong background in creative thinking, data analysis & insights generation
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and commercial acumen as it applies to innovation, including design thinking / experimentation
- A track record of delivery in Productivity Projects with tangible Business Benefits
