About the Job

In this newly created role, you’ll provide technical support, undertake solution maintenance, contribute to online solutions design and complete required change deployment / implementation activities for all Online/Digital Solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day management and resolution of all online/digital solutions incidents and requests, including support in line with agreed SLAs
  • Coordinating activities including solutions maintenance with external vendors and internal stakeholders in a professional and quality manner to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for reviewing and advising internal stakeholders on private/public online and business solutions, cloud technologies and products
  • Ensure alignment of online solution design with Rest’s requirements in consultation with enterprise and solution architects including external vendors
  • Administer and maintain multiple online and business systems to ensure reliable and timely function based on business unit requirements
  • Implement and manage deployment of changes to all online solution environments including developing, writing and/or maintaining technical documentation and training for supported solutions
  • Create test scripts and undertake Release Verification Testing for all online solutions upgrades / deployments to ensure systems reliability and minimal business disruptions and report performance remediation activities for all online solutions to stakeholders as required

About You:

Ideally, you’re already an online / digital support role looking to take a step up or looking to join a market leader. Aside from highly-developed communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, high attention to detail, organisational skills, the ability to work alone and in a team, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, you’ll also bring to us:

  • Relevant tertiary or technical qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting online / digital and business solutions
  • Solid understanding of integration infrastructures and APIs. WS02 exposure will be highly regarded
  • Management of cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS
  • Proven experience in supporting IT Service Management in an ITIL-aligned environment
  • Demonstrated experience writing test scripts and performing testing for new and upgraded online solutions
  • Understanding of application and infrastructure monitoring tools and processes
  • Experience with work management tools such as JIRA
