THE ROLE
This is a role that will see you providing support for the core applications that Adairs utilises, delivering the highest level of Technology support to optimise usage of our systems and equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the various applications (inc. Microsoft AX, Website, Salesforce)
- Maintenance of applications
- Adherence to ITIL methodology and related procedures within:
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Request fulfilment
- Change management
- Liaising with other internal stakeholders where necessary for web based applications directives
- Engagement of 3rd party vendors where necessary for any escalated support
Having worked within a similar role previously you have a great understanding of ERP and Web based applications support, as well as AX Microsoft Dynamics and ITIL Service Operations.
