The Enterprise Architecture Manager leads the implementation of the new Enterprise Architecture and Service Improvement capabilities to support strategic goals.
 
Essential skills and experience
 

• Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in Information Technology or a related discipline; or extensive management experience and proven management expertise in a diverse Information Technology environment; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training/industry certification.
•  Demonstrated experience and understanding of enterprise architecture, service design and process improvement disciplines,
•  Extensive experience in at least two IT disciplines (such as technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations) in a complex environment
•  Demonstrated experience in enterprise architecture and/or IT strategic planning including experience in business capability modelling, EA framework development and implementation, current-state application and technology landscape documentation, target-state development and definition and EA roadmapping.
•  Demonstrated experience in business process management, workflow and integration methods (such as business process re-engineering, Six Sigma, LEAN, or total quality management and BPM tools, including expertise in all aspects of designing, rationalising, optimising and improving business services and processes.
•  Experienced in using EA management tools such as ARIS, Sparx, Orbus, etc
