Lead technical role in a small project team managing a number of key projects.
Working within the project team, but immersed in the IT/Product teams and the Service Delivery front line teams.

Required Skills:

Flexible approach to work and change management, able to work across a number of competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A broad technical base across a number of legacy and current technologies.
A current view on technical trends.
Agile design experience and experience running Scrums.
Experience working in a fast paced environment and ability to manage with ambiguity.
Experience in a front line customer service function valued.
Detailed solution.
Scrum workshop facilitation.
