What you will be doing
As the Technology Services Manager you will work with the Business Relationship Manager to prioritise and successfully deliver outcomes for the business, driving continual improvement activities and management of service teams.
You will be translating the business strategy into technical language, crafting stories, features and workloads to be delivered upon. The role supports the Business Relationship Manager with prioritizing backlog and managing the tech delivering team.
This role will work closely with the technology enablement teams to drive greater adoption of devops, tooling and automation to reduce cycle times, minimise, rework and improve quality.

You will enjoy being a role model for new ways of working and inspiring a creative approach to problem solving.
Exceptional stakeholder management is a must in this position, learning about your client group, understanding the challenges they face and how technology plays a role in this.
You will have led Agile teams, ideally within a modern engineering practice and additional experience with testing, infrastructure and operational readiness.
