Our client is a leading organisation, working with cutting edge technology. They are seeking a Business Analyst to assist with multiple business and system transformation projects.
You will be instrumental in the development and implementation of systems and processes to improve the operation of the organisation, Critically you will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful transformation
Key requirements:
- Approx 7 year experience as a Business Analyst with IT and business experience.
- Experience in ERP end-to-end implementation ideally with Oracle or Dymanics
- Knowledge of Salesforces, CPQ, Sales cloud and service Cloud,
- Ability to work with and influence all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated experience in analysing business needs and developing solutions
- Customer Service focus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
