Do you like talking to personalities like Siri, Alexa, or the Google Assistant? We are looking to build a team who will be responsible for setting the standards for our endeavors into conversational artificial intelligence (CAI) and creating voice user interfaces (VUI). We are looking for creative individuals who have a background in UX/Linguistics/Copywriting

VERSA Agency is seeking a highly motivated producer, who is looking for a chance to help define and drive voice experience design focused technology solutions for clients both internationally & within Australia. As a Voice Experience Producer, you will help guide a world-class in-house UX/VX team and work closely with key stakeholders, development and senior partners to deliver innovative end-to-end solutions that are effortless, intuitive and delight our customers.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Project Management

Managing multiple parallel projects comprised of designers, developers, product managers, domain leads and other individuals and teams. Including interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead teams to define and deliver solutions.

Prioritisation

Identify and analyse data to isolate issues, prioritise competing program opportunities, and determine ways to measure project success. Within prioritisation is also optimisation including; defining and managing new lean user-centred processes to increase the success of project delivery. This person will build repeatable processes to help us plan and manage multiple parallel projects while insisting on the highest standards and identifying and scaling best practice methods.

Reporting

Track and report on the business impact of projects including anticipating bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. This person will create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.

Desired experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Previous experience with UI or UX development (in either a program management, lead or design role)

• Experience in organising executive UX reviews, sign-offs, and coordinate feedback from various stakeholders

• Experience working cross-team and synthesise feedback and input from product management, engineering, and marketing

• Experience presenting to and advising senior management

• Experience with agile/scrum

• Experience producing mobile web, and/or on-device mobile applications and recent experience with voice or multimodal speech interfaces

• An informed set of core values regarding user experience, technology, and business communication and the ability to present them with eloquence and concision.
