Our Client
Our client is a specialised insurance provider with over 50,000 members across Australia. They have a well-earned reputation for providing a member first experience and outstanding customer service. They are now seeking a talented Business Analyst to join their IT Team with a career progression mindset.

The Role
Reporting to the IT Manager, the role of a Business Analyst is fundamental to the IT Team. You will be responsible for a variety of project based and BAU activities which include; gathering and developing business requirements, reviewing test plans and coordinating UAT, data analysis to obtain Business Intelligence and support improved understanding and outcomes. You will also assess business processes, identify weaknesses and create new opportunities.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and responsibilities:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Core Business Analysis skills including; requirement gathering, process assessment, test scenario development
• Experience working in a BAU environment
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• SQL query skills are desirable
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
