Due to ongoing expansion and demand for services this Australian owned and operated IT managed services group needs a new Service Delivery Manager. Located in lovely offices in Sydney CBD next to Town Hall you will be responsible for running the team of engineers, managing projects and nurturing client relationships.
Key Requirements:
Previous IT Service Delivery management experience in a IT service provider or MSP
• Good knowledge across networking, operating systems, Microsoft technologies and IT processes.
• Expert communication and negotiation skills across technical/non-technical teams.
• ITIL service delivery qualifications
• Manage customer expectations through effective management of any escalated issues for incidents/problems/change.
• Strong experience with Autotask or similar PSA application.
• Project management experience and Prince2 certification (highly desirable).
• Monitors processes to provide assurance and consistent service quality through rigorous management of contract and service management methodology.
