Project Manager

An IT security integration and consulting firm whom has offices all over Australia and looking to go global in the very near future. They focus on protecting their customers brands, reputation and profitability by helping manage manage cyber threats through robust security architecture. 

• Provide best practice client care and liaison as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to clients
• Create project documentation such as a project schedule
• Organise, prepare and chair client meetings ensuring meeting minutes and follow up action plans are documented and communicated
• Be involved in project reviews to track performance
• Identify issues/problems on the project progress
• Undertaking relevant project administration
• Liaise with clients and suppliers

• Provide required escalation to the EDO Manager on either client or vendor issues
• High attention to detail
• Prince2 experience
• Agile methodology experience
• Ability to connect and communicate across all levels of an organisation
• Results focussed and strives for high performance
• Strong ability to prioritise and deliver
• Ability to build working relationships internally and externally and to motivate to achieve excellence
• Proactive learner
