Your team is responsible for providing functional and business process expertise to the business. Working within an agile environment the team delivers subject matter expertise to the squads and actively participate in that work. 


You'll be responsible for

• Managing multidisciplinary teams for the delivery of essential services ( Business Systems, Busines Process, Applications functionality) 
• You'll lead, mentor and coach the teams through significant change and work closely with the business to deliver new services. 
• Identifying strategic improvements to service delivery and implementing new initiatives 
• Promoting continuous improvement and working with key business stakeholders to implement initiatives 

Your Experience

• minimum 5 years experience in a comparable business systems management role 
• strong experience with business process modeling
• experience leading multi-functional operational teams 
• demonstrated ability to work well with stakeholders across multiple business divisions 
• ability to influence internally to drive change 
• ideally, you'll be from a technical background
