SENIOR UX LEAD

My client is an experienced digital product agency in the heart of Melbourne.  Specialising in experience strategy, customer/user experience, design and development.
Working with some of Australia’s biggest brands, delivering and creating positive impacts on customer’s lives.
If you are a passionate, innovative soul and creative within the whole UX process. They are currently looking for an experienced UX strategist, responsible for contributing to a range of projects for their clients.
They are looking for a highly energetic team player, who is comfortable consulting with clients to help them build solutions to their UX challenges.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be an ambassador for the UX/CX division and it’s work
• Create workflows and initial prototypes and lead this work with other team members
• Identify appropriate UX methodologies for executing projects
• Assess and scope, feasibility and direction of UX/CX projects

YOU WILL HAVE:

• 5 plus years of experience in a UX/CX, ideally with agency experience
• Understanding of processes across UX/CX/Service Design
• Customer-centric approach
• Relevant software skills- (e.g. Axure RP, Adobe CC Suite, Keynote, Invision)
