This is a great opportunity for an effective team player, good problem solver and quick learner to join Australia’s largest business in Sydney CBD.
  
You will be acting as a single point of contact for all IT-related incidents and log, prioritise and classify user interactions against cases and update users regularly. You will also provide remote and face to face user and application support, liaise with vendors and other third parties to arrange repair of faulty equipment or service.  

Skills and expertise required:
  • 1+ years’ experience in a medium to large Corporate environment
  • 1+ years’ experience in supporting a Microsoft environment (Windows, Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Office365 etc)
  • Strong remote troubleshooting skills using Citrix Shadowing, Remote Desktop support tools (VNC)
  • Practical, working knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, Office, SharePoint), Citrix, Mobile devices.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Administration and Office 365.
  • Basic networking skills –networking concepts and IP addressing
  
It is a 6 month contract with opportunity for extension.
