You will have past experience in:
 

• Significant experience effectively leading a Customer focused Experience Centre Team (5+ years)
• Ensure a focus on thought leadership, contemporary practices and continuous
  improvement
• Experience Improving processes and practices in support of organisational goals and to maximise output.
• Experience in managing a Customer focused team through significant change
• Monitoring and assessing the SLA's to the business through incident data analysis, internal feedback channels etc
