Runway is the leading software solution provider for Australian Builders and Developers.
We currently have two positions available within our Account Management and Support team and these roles will not last long.
We're looking for enterprising graduates who thrive on the idea of working within our clients software all day long!
The role will see you:
- Trouble shooting support issues by phone and email
- Working on system implementations
- Crafting email templates and SMS
- Attending meetings and note taking
- Updating databases
- Liaising internally with graphic designers, programmers, product development and dev ops
- Maintaining our internal website
- Learning all things Runway :-)
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- A strong will and desire to achieve
- Heaps of energy and a positive outlook
- Attention to detail
- Data driven
- Experience in CMS, CRM, HTML
- Customer Service Focus
- Ability to quickly build rapport
- Excellent time management
- A love of dogs (we have two office dogs)
Located in Flemington in our amazing, brand new office next to Coles shopping centre, medical centre, child care centre, and right on public transport. Free parking is offered.
