A growing international organisation are looking for C++ Software Engineers for permanent and contract roles. From Melbourne they develop embedded hardware and software solutions for industries with strict frameworks (ie. Medical, Aerospace and Defence Industries) and they have several critical programs they need resources to deliver.
As a Software or Senior Software Engineer you will work on multiple product development projects by supporting, monitoring and building application solutions. You will work closely with Delivery Leads, System Administrators and Testers in Agile and Waterfall environments. Day-to-day you will use your experience with complex front-end, back-end and real-time systems.
You will be comfortable working with complex technical systems as part of a team and owning your individual tasks. Experience with most of the following is required:
Must have:
- Software Engineers with product development experience
- C++
- QT
- SIP
- Strong OOA and OOD skills including UML
- Windows / Linux
Highly desirable:
- Commercial experience developing software on embedded platforms (e.g. medical devices, automotive, etc.)
- Boost, STL
- Enterprise Architect
- Clear case, QT
We will also consider strong software engineers who have experience developing embedded systems or desktop applications for the medical, engineering, defence or aviation industries.

Permanent/contract
$130k /$600 day
