HR Central provide HR solutions to the small to medium business sector.   A workforce offering a fun, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment, our tight-knit team work hard to deliver a combination of software and consulting services to a variety of clients in a variety of industries.

Our Melbourne based office is currently recruiting for a mid-level Client Manager to join the team.  This role is a one-on-one with new and existing clients assisting them with the implementation process of linking their business to HR Central Software (onboarding), and to assist with ongoing support and guidance regarding functionality and administration of the HR Central software.

In addition, this role is focused on client engagement and retention and as a result you must be a very savvy operator!  You will be genuinely interested in delivering a high level of customer service, and be proactive in the ongoing management of all clients to ensure they are educated and encouraged to experience the benefits of the HR Central software and advice subscription on a daily basis.

As a key stakeholder in the business you will be someone who can quickly identify a potential issue and resolve it swiftly, and be able to contribute to ideas and solutions to the software and processes to better assist the needs of HR Central clients.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients in person, on the telephone and via email on a daily basis.       

Start and complete the onboarding process of new clients within the HR Central allocated timeframe.         

Be responsible for training all new clients on the HR Central Software.       

Work alongside the Chief Communications Officer to develop a client communication strategy to embed engagement and success with HR Central.       

Create a retention strategy process with new and existing clients and have ownership of delivery.       

Update the CRM system so that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.       

Work closely with the HR Specialist and IT Teams.       

Travel - metro, regional (frequent) and interstate (occasional).       

Skills and Experience

This position would ideally suit an experienced Customer Service professional looking to move in to a more client facing role.       

Excellent computer skills (MS Office/Salesforce preferred), including an ability to learn new systems, software quickly.       

Strong communication skills both oral and written.       

A friendly and adaptable nature.       

Can work easily in a small team environment (we actually like each other and it works better this way!).       

Be accountable to deadlines and the expectation of delivery of exceptional client service at all times.       

A willingness to learn new skills/upskill as required.       

A typical week would be a bit in the office, and a bit on the road, so a licence and a car is a requirement of this position.
