Located in Melbourne's CBD, our client is a highly respected financial services organisation offering market leading products and services.

Embarking on a large transformation program, an opportunity has become available for a Process Analyst to join the team. The purpose of the role will be to contribute to an enterprise wide future state mapping program that will impact all business and technology teams.

You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record as a Process Analyst with responsibilities including process mapping, definition and design. You will also be able demonstrate a history of facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders where you are able to guide and influence.
Key skills required include:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Process Analyst;
• Demonstrated Process Analysis skills;
• Process mapping experience using BPMN
• Conduct process re-engineering workshops with a variety of stakeholders;
• Previous experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean or Six Sigma
• Outstanding communication and documentation skills
